Had very nice stay overall, beautifully decorated place and the weather was wonderful. The hotel was in a particularly good location right by Edinburgh, local bus links with the centre of Edinburgh and bus station very close for what we wanted it for.

We had a delightful stay at this place! The location was superb, with easy access to local bus links that took us to the bustly city center in just around 10 minutes. The service was top-notch, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The room amenities were excellent, including ironing facilities and tea and coffee facilities. We felt safe with the in-room safe, and the television provided entertainment during our downtime. The flat-screen TV and carpeted floor added a touch of luxury to our stay. The dining experience was wonderful, with a delicious breakfast offering a variety of options. Free Wi-Fi was a bonus, and the car park was convenient for those traveling by car. We were thoroughly impressed!
We would highly recommend this venue to our friends and workmates.

The guest house was the best choice for our stay. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the ladies who took care of breakfast and cleaning. the room was cozy and comfortable, with tea, coffee, and snacks provided. the breakfast was incredible, with a wide variety of delicious choices, including croissants, waffles, pancakes, and different types of jam. the location was also very convenient, with easy access to bus connections and the city center. We completely enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it to others.
The only issue we had was with finding the guest house initially. It would have been helpful if the confirmation email had included directions, specifically mentioning that the building is opposite the St Margaret's Children's Nursery.
